Purangi Road

Introducing Purangi Road, a beachfront renovation completed by Paterson Construction. We reworked a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that looks straight out over the water, opening up the living area and giving the kitchen a refresh to make the most of the outlook and the light.

Beachfront sites are unforgiving. Every exterior decision on this build, from the cladding to the joinery to the fixings, was specified for direct coastal exposure, so the house will hold up as well in 10 years as it does today.
